Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon

Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon (PHFO) works statewide to expand access to food and create more equitable policies to end hunger. For almost 20 years, PHFO has worked alongside advocates, community members, social service providers, state agencies and elected officials to address the root causes of hunger. PHFO was created in 2005 as the administrative arm of the Oregon Hunger Task Force, a multi-sector body created by legislative statute to work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout Oregon to promote community awareness, compile research, and develop proposals for government action around hunger issues.
