The goal is to safeguard the health of nutritionally at-risk, low-income, pregnant, post-partum and breastfeeding women, infants, children, and seniors, by providing free nutritious foods to supplement their diets, provide healthy eating information, health counseling, breastfeeding support, cooking classes, and referrals to health care providers and social services.
